• Take ownership of Odoo developments, including requirement analysis, time estimation, code review, testing, system stability, security, and on-time delivery.
• Support the Project Management team with technical demonstrations and conference room pilots to validate technical design, verify gap assessments, and explore resolution options.
• Act as a liaison between functional and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project requirements and feasibility.
• Proactively monitor and analyze live systems to ensure stability, performance, and identify potential malfunctions in business flow and logical implementation.
• Identify root causes and severity of failures and coordinate with relevant teams for remediation.
• Contribute to solution architecture for Odoo application enhancements.

• 4 to 7 years of experience in Odoo development.
• Strong knowledge of Odoo core modules (CRM, Sales, Purchase, Project, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Accounting)
• Experience in Odoo Template/Theme creation and JavaScript capabilities.
• Proficient in Odoo APIs, ORM methods, Python, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of API integrations.
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
